It is our great pleasure to announce that Fer A Cheval Outfitter is now connected to Hydro-Québec’s transmission system since October 23rd, 2012 at exactly 5:21 pm!
This 250,000$ investment allows us to improve the quality of our installations. We also completed the installation of indoor air exchangers throughout all common areas and all accommodation units of the Inn.
It is also important to note that this new source of energy gives us the opportunity to eliminate our use of backup system (ie: generator) and significantly reduce noise pollution, not to mention the positive impact on the air quality. All these elements are in harmony with our desire to protect wildlife.
The realization of a project of this magnitude required the cooperation and involvement of several resources, and I want to personally thank all those who were involved directly or indirectly in the success of this project.
The memorable commissioning ceremony was done by our representative Mrs Marjolaine Gagnon and Claude Therrien from Enterprises Denis Lessard.
As an executive of Fer A Cheval Outfitter, I have a mission to fulfill what nature gives us as most beautiful and to take all actions that will ensure the protection of the environment.
